A compound notice will be issued to Kedah Mentri Besar Muhammad Sanusi Md Nor for violating Covid-19 standard operating procedures when he visited a car showroom in Juru in June.

Penang police chief Comm Datuk Mohd Shuhaily Mohd Zain said the instruction came from the state public prosecutor's office.
