States and Territories negotiating with Commonwealth for lockdown support

States and Territories are continuing to negotiate individual COVID lockdown support packages with the Commonwealth, after the country’s two largest states reached deals with the Prime Minister. Liberal MP Trent Zimmerman says the Commonwealth and the states have continually adapted to the situation.
