పోలీస్ అధికారుల బదిలీలు సహజంగా జరుగుతూ ఉంటాయి. బదిలీ జరిగినప్పుడల్లా ఇతర ప్రాంతాలకు వెళ్లి విధి నిర్వహణలో తమవంతు పాత్ర పోషిస్తారు పోలీసులు. వారి పనితీరును బట్టి ఆయా జిల్లాల వాసులు, పోలీసు శాఖలో పనిచేసిన ఉద్యోగులు వారిని గుర్తుంచుకుంటారు. కానీ అంతకుమించి అందరి గుండెల్లో గూడు కట్టుకునే గొప్ప పోలీస్ బాస్ లు కూడా ఉంటారు అని కొందరు నిరూపిస్తారు.
