CITF to introduce two-factor authentication system to stop illegal vaccine agents

The Covid-19 Immunisation Taskforce (CITF) will be introducing a two-factor authentication system to stop 'backdoor' vaccine agents from exploiting a loophole in the Malaysia Vaccine Administration System (MyVAS), according to Khairy Jamaluddin.

Khairy, who is the minister in charge of the National Covid-19 Immunisation Programme (NIP), said the loophole was identified around the "Add Vaccinee" feature in the MyVas system.

This feature sets appointments for vaccine recipients via the backend of the MySejahtera app.
