Ramaphosa says response to looting not nough

President Cyril Ramaphosa admits the country’s security cluster could have done better to deal with the ongoing violence and looting. However he said it's quite clear that these incidents were instigated, planned and coordinated. Rampant looting and the burning of malls and shops have been ongoing since the weekend. The President is in Kwazulu-Natal to assess the impact of the sabotage. Many businesses are closed in the province and people have been queuing for hours to get essentials. Courtesy #DStv403
