40-year old man charged with starting Perth Hills blaze

A 40-year old man has been charged with starting a massive bushfire which engulfed the Perth Hills earlier this year, and destroyed 86 Homes. The blaze burnt through almost 11,000 hectares and forced thousands of residents to flee surrounding suburbs as the flames threatened properties in Perth's outer metropolitan east.
