7-year-old Bella Champion was diagnosed last year with type 1 diabetes.
She has learnt to do her own injections and even made a TikTok video to help other children..
She is the only one in her school with this and has even given a talk to the class about it .
She is now organising a raffle with lots of local businesses donating prizes to raise money for the Children's Diabetic Team.
