Cape Town Taxi Associations in turmoil

Commuters are been caught in the crossfire yet again. This as “peace” between Cape Town taxi associations proved short-lived. Hundreds of commuters have been left stranded after taxi operator violence flared up again. The, Western Cape transport MEC has now threatened to shut down taxi ranks completely if the violence continues. eNCA's Monique Mortlock is on the ground speaking to taxi operators, and the commuters caught in between.
