Victoria has recorded 10 new local cases as the state enters day one of its five day snap lockdown. The state has 100 exposure sites and 1,500 primary close contacts. Victorian health officials have found three of the latest coronavirus cases were not known to each other and were randomly infected at a city hotel and the MCG. Premier Daniel Andrews insists these new cases prove lockdown is vital.
