Could already bad drought conditions get worse for California?

California has one of the most complicated and generally successful water management systems in the world but now even that is strained to its limits. Former 23ABC chief meteorologist Dave Hovde now with our sister station in San Luis Obispo looked a little deeper into the drought and what the long-term implications are for the Golden State.
