The daily infections are on a declining trend in Odisha, but under no circumstances people should let their guards down against Covid-19, cautioned DMET chief CBK Mohanty on Tuesday (July 13). With just two days left for the partial lockdown to end, Mohanty said that the state government will take a decision regarding unlock after reviewing the virus transmission rate and other factors in the critical districts. The official mentioned that the government's special focus is on districts like Khordha and Cuttack where virus is causing menace. The DMET chief further emphasized on imposition of stricter restrictions on people coming from other states with high infections.
