Sitting in Quetta-Peshawar, the terrorist masters of Al Qaeda activated sleeper cells in Kakori. But the vigilance of the UP ATS shattered their dangerous intentions. UP ATS took quick action after the information of hiding terrorists in Kakori of Lucknow and put two teams in Lucknow. One team nabbed Masiruddin from Sitapur Road and the other team caught Minhaj Ahmed from Dubakka. Watch video.
