#19 "Coconut Surprise Cake."

Ingredients Include.

For The Cake.

3/4 and 1/8 cup cup of melted butter.
3/4 and 1/8 cup of cooking oil.
2 Cups of sugar.
6 Eggs.
1/3 tablespoon of vanilla extract.
Four cups of flour.
1 2/3 teaspoon of baking powder.
1 1/8 teaspoon of salt.
2 Cups of coconut coffee creamer.
Two cans of pie filling. The type of filling is up to you. But in this case I'm using apple.


For the frosting.

If you're going to pipe your frosting you will have to double the ingredients.

2 packages of cream cheese. 4 for piping.
3/4 Cup of melted or softened butter. Or 1 1/2 cups for piping.
2 Teaspoons of vanilla extract. 4 Teaspoons for piping.
10 Cups of confectionate sugar. 20 for piping.
Food coloring for piping. Any color you want.


Special Equipment.

3 13 inch by 9 inch cake pans.
1 Adjustable cake mold.
