भारत और श्रीलंका के बीच 13 जुलाई से शुरू होने वाली 3 मैचों की वनडे सीरीज पर खतरे के बादल मंडरा रहे हैं। इंग्लैंड दौरे से वापस लौटी श्रीलंकाई टीम में अब तक दो सपोर्टिंग स्टाफ कोरोना वायरस के संक्रमण का शिकार हो चुके हैं, जिसके बाद खिलाड़ियों का इस वायरस से अछूता रहना थोड़ा मुश्किल नजर आ रहा है। श्रीलंका क्रिकेट टीम के बल्लेबाजी कोच ग्रांट फ्लाॉवर के मंगलवार को कोरोना संक्रमण की रिपोर्ट में पॉजिटिव पाये जाने के बाद शुक्रवार को डाटा एनालिस्ट जी टी निरोशन भी इस महामारी का शिकार हो गये हैं। लेकिन अब एक ऐसी खबर आई है जिसने फिर से दौरे को संकट में डाल दिया है, कोच और डेटा एनालिस्ट के बाद अब एक श्रीलंका का खिलाड़ी भी कोरोना पॉजीटिव पाया गया है।

The India-Sri Lanka three-match One-Day International series is set to be rescheduled following COVID-19 cases in the Sri Lankan camp. Sri Lanka’s batting coach Grant Flower and analyst GT Niroshan had tested positive for the virus. With the opening contest rescheduled to July 18, it is likely that the second and third ODIs will now be contested on July 20 and 23, while the three T20Is will be played on July 25, 27 and 29. The official dates for all the games are expected to be announced soon.
