Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) national president JP Nadda met ailing former Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh Kalyan Singh at Sanjay Gandhi Postgraduate Institute of Medical Sciences (SGPGI) in Lucknow on July 8. He was accompanied by CM Yogi Adityanath. Veteran leader Singh was hospitalised last week after having kidney-related problems. Prime Minister Narendra Modi also expressed concern over the leader's health. "I came here to see him along with CM Yogi Adityanath and other leaders. We pray for his speedy recovery," Nadda said to ANI.
