When Joseph Albo set a goal to ride a solo century in four hours or less, he knew it was going to be a challenge for a number of reasons. Albo drives trains for the Long Island Railroad, a demanding job with irregular hours; sometimes he would get home at 2:30 a.m. In order to fit his training into his schedule and make the absolute most of it, Albo needed all the help he could get.

He called David Lipscomb, the head coach and cofounder of CIS Cycling, who created a training plan to help him get there. And the two used WHOOP to help Albo truly maximize his training.
