Ministry of Cooperation created, Amit Shah gets the charge

The oath ceremony for new ministers at Rashtrapati Bhavan in New Delhi has concluded. A total of 15 individuals were sworn in as ministers in the Union Cabinet and another 28 as ministers of state (MoS) by President Ram Nath Kovind. Union Home Minister Amit Shah has been given charge of the newly-created Ministry of Co-operation. He will also handle the charge of the ministries of Culture and Tourism and Development of North East.
