The State Capture Commission counsel, told the High Court in Pietermaritzburg police have no choice but to arrest Zuma. Police Minister Bheki Cele has no choice but to arrest former president Jacob Zuma. That's the argument from Advocate Tembeka Ngcukaitobi, who has appeared before the Pietermaritzburg high court today, on behalf of the State Capture Inquiry. Zuma has approached the court to prevent his 15-month prison term from being enforced. This is pending the hearing and decision of his rescission application in the Constitutional Court.
