Soldier Vittal Kadakol and his family members are not allowed to speak with the other villagers in Totagatti village of Ramadurga Taluk in Belagavi district. If someone speaks to the soldier's family members they will be slapped with a fine of Rs. 5,000. Watch this special report about the soldier.

The soldier's family has been boycotted for not giving a piece of land to build Anganwadi (pre-school).
