To boost adventure tourism in the Valley, the Government of Jammu and Kashmir has begun rafting activities to revive adventure tourism and adventure sports. The rafting is jointly organised by the department of tourism and Adventure Tour Operators Association of Kashmir in the Wussan area of district Ganderbal

पृथ्वी का स्वर्ग कहा जाने वाला Kashmir पर्यटकों की पहली पसंद माना जाता है। ये वो पर्यटन स्थल है जो साल भर देशी-विदेशी Tourists से भरा रहता है। लेकिन Lockdown होने की वजह से इसके Tourism सेक्टर पर बुरा प्रभाव पड़ा है। वहीं फिर से Corona केस कम होने के बाद यहां के पर्यटन स्थल खोले जा चुके हैं। घाटी में adventure tourism को बढ़ावा देने के लिए, जम्मू और कश्मीर सरकार ने adventure tourism और adventure Sports को रीवाइव करने के लिए rafting activities की शुरुआत की है।
