Days after the three-and-a-half-hour meeting with Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Delhi, the Gupkar alliance in Jammu and Kashmir seems to be changing, with leaders expressing their disappointment over the outcome of the winter meeting with PM Modi. On Monday, for the first time, an official statement has been issued by the coalition regarding the meeting, in which they have put before the central government the demand that the state status to Jammu and Kashmir should be restored before the assembly elections.
