Rakesh Tikait alleges fraud in panchayat presidents election

Rakesh Tikait is alleging fraud in the election results of panchayat presidents. The Bharatiya Kisan Union had extended its support to the brother of Union Minister Sanjeev Balyan but the BJP-backed candidate won by 26 votes. Although Rakesh Tikait is not alone, after the huge victory of BJP, all the opposition parties of UP are alleging that Panchayat members were kidnapped. Watch this report.
