College of Saint Benilde and Arellano University were the latest gold winners in the NCAA Season 96 women's speed kicking event.

CSB taekwondo jin Loralee Natividad notched the gold medal in the welterweight division, while Arellano's Pauline Gaye Rey got the gold in the lightweight division.

We also continue the 'Rise Up Stronger Playoffs: Volleyball Edition' where former NCAA volleyball players team up with Kapuso stars in playing fun and volleyball-inspired games!
