Overnight Flooding Due to Excessive Rain Traps Submerged Cars on Freeway

This person stood over a ledge and showed the condition of the freeway after unexpected overnight flooding in Detroit. The cars were submerged inside the flood water and were abandoned by their owners. Excessive rains caused major damages to the vehicles and trapped them in the middle of the road.
