A case of has been registered against BJP MLA Suresh Rathore from Jwalapur assembly of Haridwar, Uttarakhand, a woman leader of the party has made serious allegations against him, after the court order on the complaint of the woman who was a BJP worker, in Bahadarabad police station. Case has been registered. Ridwar SSP Abudai Krishnaraj said that a case has been registered against MLA Jwalapur Suresh Rathore on the orders of the Hon'ble Court under Section 156(3) of CrPC.

Uttarakhand के Haridwar की Jwalapur assembly से BJP MLA Suresh Rathore पर रेप का केस दर्ज किया गया है,पार्टी की ही एक महिला नेता ने उन पर ये गंभीर आरोप लगाया है, बीजेपी कार्यकर्ता रही महिला की शिकायत पर कोर्ट के आदेश के बाद बहादराबाद थाने में केस दर्ज कराया है. रिद्वार के एसएसपी अबुदई कृष्णराज ने बताया कि सीआरपीसी की धारा 156 (3) के अंतर्गत माननीय न्यायालय के आदेश पर विधायक ज्वालापुर सुरेश राठौर के खिलाफ मामला दर्ज किया गया है।
