The Commission On Administrative Justice (Caj) Has Expressed Concern About The Rise In The Number Of Complaints Raised By The Public Against Advocates. Caj Officer In Charge Of North Rift Region Irene Naserian Notes That The Commission Had Recorded Cases Of Lawyers Swindling The Public Of Their Hard-Earned Money Through Legal Fees. According To Naserian The Complaints Are Rampant Within The Rift Valley Region Saying They Refer Such Cases To The Advocates Complaints Comission For Action.
