The month of July has started, but till now the monsoon has not knocked in the whole of North India including the capital Delhi, the people of Delhi-NCR have to grapple with the unseasonal heat wave, which has generally soaked Delhi till now. Southwest monsoon has not reached this time. Alam is that the temperature in Delhi-NCR is between 41 to 43 degrees. Something similar is also true of Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh and Rajasthan.


जुलाई का महीना शुरु हो चुका है, लेकिन अब तक राजधानी दिल्ली समेत पूरे North India में monsoon ने दस्तक नहीं दी है, Delhi-NCR के लोगों को बेमौसम लू के थपेड़ों से जूझना पड़ रहा है, आमतोर पर अब तक दिल्ली को भिगो देने वाला Southwest monsoon इस बार नहीं पहुंच सका है. आलम यह कि दिल्ली-एनसीआर में तापमान 41 से 43 डिग्री के बीच है. कुछ ऐसा ही हाल Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh and Rajasthan.
