Bihar's Minister for Social Welfare Madan Sahni has offered to resign from the Nitish Kumar-led state cabinet, alleging that bureaucrats in the government were not paying heed to ministers. Madan Sahni expressed his disappointment at not being able to serve the poor people despite being a minister and said he did not want to remain a minister just to enjoy the privileges of a government bungalow and car.
