Vaccine debate as authorities at odds over AstraZeneca rollout

More than two-and-a-half thousand Australians aged under 40 have had a shot of the AstraZeneca vaccine since the Prime Minister announced an expansion of the rollout. Scott Morrison announced on Monday night that people under 40 can get the shot, if they discuss the risks with their doctor first.
