Ingredients –
-Eggs – 5 Nos
-Refined Oil – 60 ml
-Chopped Onions – 4 Medium
-Crushed Ginger Garlic – 1 Tbsp
-Chopped Tomatoes – 2 Medium
-Turmeric Powder – ½ Tbsp
-Chilli Powder – 1 Tbsp
-Coriander & Cumin Powder – ½ Tbsp
-Readymade Chicken Masala – 1 Tbsp (You can use egg masala also instead of this)
-Salt – as per taste.


Cooking Process –
-Heat Refined Oil in Kadhai (you can take Pan also)
-Add Chopped Onions
-Fry for 2 minutes on high flame
- Add Crushed Ginger Garlic
-Fry for 3 Minutes on high flame till onion colour gets lightly brown
-Add Chopped Tomatoes
- Fry for 2 minutes on high flame till Tomatoes are soft
-Add Salt
-Add Turmeric Powder
-Add Chilli Powder
-Add Coriander & Cumin Powder
Add Readymade Chicken Masala
-Stir Well & Fry for a minute
-Add Water 1½ Cup approx. 360 ml
-Cover & Cook for 1 Minute on high flame
-Open the lid & Release the eggs one by one
-Cover & Cook for 2 Minutes on High flame
-Open the lid & flip the eggs one by one
-Cover & Cook for 5 minutes on high flame
-Open the lid & crush the eggs
-The Egg Bhurji with Gravy is ready to serve…
