Houston opens largest LGBTQ senior residence in US

The Law Harrington Senior Living Center, the largest LGBTQ senior residence in the United States, opens in Houston, offering 112 one- and two-bedroom apartments and common spaces such as a library. "It’s happening now and I appreciate it," says Dina Jacobs, a drag performer who lives in the center. "But it should have been a long time ago, because there’s a lot of people that died lonely on the streets."
