The Makati government apologizes for what it says was a "human error" in an incident involving its COVID-19 vaccination program. In a video that had gone viral, a health care worker administering the vaccine, but failed to press the plunger of the syringe. The video has since been deleted. The local government says the mistake was immediately corrected and the Health Department believes it was an isolated case. Authorities are appealing for understanding.
