New Jersey is known for many things. Some good, some bad all paint the canvas of who these people are. One of the most recognizable trademarks is the states love of Taylor Ham....wait or is it pork roll. Maybe Trenton pork roll? Well pork roll is pork roll but Taylor ham is a brand of pork roll so......?..... Well the regions contest each other on what to call this very Jersey lunch meat.
