Fuel prices soar to new heights after fresh hike

After remaining steady for a day, fuel prices once again raised on June 20. The latest revision took the cost of petrol at 97.22 per litre while diesel rose to Rs 87.97 per litre in Delhi. In the financial capital, petrol is being sold at Rs 103.36 per litre whereas diesel has reached Rs 95.44 per litre. The petrol prices in Bihar’s Patna, closing in on a century, currently stands at Rs 99.28 per litre whereas diesel being sold at Rs 93.30 per litre. Bhopal has already hit a century, with petrol costing Rs 105.43 per litre and diesel price stands at 96.65 per litre.
