Delhi HC itself takes cognizance of people not wearing masks

The Delhi High Court has itself taken cognizance of the non-usage of masks by the common people in Delhi. The Delhi High Court has issued a notice to the Center and the Delhi Government on this issue and has sought answers. The HC has commented that we are not far from the third wave of Corona.
