Victorian gallery providing refuge to affected community

As parts of Victoria continue to struggle with flood waters and power outages, an art gallery in Upwey is providing much needed relief and refuge to those affected. The Burrinja cultural centre has lost power for a few days but its now up and running and playing a significant role in the community.
