Twitter officials on Friday appeared before the Parliamentary Committee amid a tussle over the new IT rules. The parliamentary committee was headed by Congress leader Shashi Tharoor. Tejashwi Surya, Nishikant Dubey were also in the committee. Also, TMC's firebrand leader Mahua Moitra and Congress leader Shakti Singh Gohil are also a member of the committee. Watch this video.
