Several districts of UP and Bihar faced a flood-like situation due to sudden rise in the water level of rivers after 'unprecedented' rainfall in the catchments areas of neighbouring country Nepal. The India Meteorological Department (IMD) on Friday issued a alert for eastern Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, West Bengal and Jharkhand. Watch video to know more.
