Ingredients required for this recipe:

2 cup thick poha or approx 150 grams thick poha
2 large potato or 1 cup mashed potatoes
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala Powder
1/2 chaat masala
1 teaspoon Ajwain
Oil for frying
salt as per taste
