Person Shows Recipe of Indian Cold Dessert Made With Vermicelli

A chef showed how to make Falooda, a South Asian version of a cold dessert made with noodles. First, they soaked basil seeds and boiled vermicelli. After putting the boiled noodles in cold water, they mixed rose syrup in cold milk. Then they began decorating the glass to serve the dessert. The person made the base with rose syrup and basil seeds. They put the cold vermicelli, strawberry jelly, and rose milk on that. Lastly, they topped it with flavored ice cream and nuts.
