The case of the beating of 72-year-old Abdul Samad in Ghaziabad came in to report on Tuesday. It was alleged that Abdul Samad was beaten up, his beard was cut and he was made to chant Jai Shri Ram. Now Ghaziabad police is denying the assault from the religious angle, as well as a case has been registered against 9 people for inciting religious sentiments and providing fake information.
