The National Investigation Agency on Tuesday released a CCTV video footage of two persons who are suspected to have planted the IED outside the Israel Embassy in New Delhi on January 29 this year. The blast had rattled the heart of the national capital around the time the Beating Retreat ceremony was underway near Rashtrapati Bhawan. While releasing the video, the NIA today announced a reward of Rs 10 lakh each for information leading to the identification and arrest of the two suspects. Watch video,
