‘We don’t want blood-soaked Bengal’, appeals Governor with folded hands
  • 3 years ago
Soon after meeting with Bengal Leader of Opposition Suvendu Adhikari over ‘lawlessness’ in the state, West Bengal Governor Jagdeep Dhankhar appealed to the people of Bengal with folded hands that there is no place for violence in the state. “With folded hands, I want to appeal to all we don't want blood-soaked Bengal. There is no place for violence in this land. Rabindranath Tagore had said - 'where mind is without fear and head is held high'. I know no one's mind is free from fear here,” said Governor Dhankhar.
