The Council's Chair Who Doubles Up As Embu Governor Martin Wambora Has Maintained That The Tereasury Is Yet To Disburse 102.6 Billion To The Devolved Units Barely 2 Weeks To The End Of The Finacial Year. Wambora Further Maintain That The Late Disbursments Will Further Hinder Service Delivery In A Midst Of A Pandemic.
