After managing to get a single seat in Bihar assembly elections and more than 200 Lok Janshakti Party (LJP) leaders moving to JDU, the Chirag Paswan-led party is now facing another crisis. In a setback to the LJP, five of the six Lok Sabha MPs of the party have revolted against Chirag and have written to the speaker to be treated as a separate group. Hajipur MP and Chirag’s uncle Pashupati Kumar Paras, who is believed to be behind the rebellion, said that it was the desire of 5 MPs to remove Chirag Paswan as the leader of the lower House.
