Assembly election to be held in 7 states in the year 2022. In 5 states i.e. Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Punjab, Goa, and Manipur, there are elections at the beginning of the year itself. Whereas in Gujarat and Himachal Pradesh, the election will take place at the end of the year.
