It seems the announcement of 14-day lockdown by Odisha government has triggered panic among people, as a huge rush was seen at bus stands in Bhubaneswar and Cuttack after people gathered in large numbers, flouting COVID-19 guidelines. On Tuesday, a day before enforcement of the 14-day state-wide lockdown, all these people were seen rushing back to their homes apprehensive of extension of curbs for a prolonged period.
