As shocking as it may sound, a doctor from Odisha's Berhampur has been accused of torturing and locking his wife inside a room to extract more dowry from her family. Victim Nibedita has alleged that her husband Shanti Bhushan Pathi and in-laws have been ill-treating and manhandling her since her marriage in February 2015.
