Panic gripped Belghar area in Kandhamal district following the brutal killing of two villagers on Saturday. It is alleged that the villagers were killed by the Maoists on suspicion of being police informers.

While the body of one victim was lying in a pool of blood near Bhandarangi panchayat office, the other person’s body was recovered from near Guchaguda village.
