After prolonged uncertainty, the dates for the annual High School Certificate (HSC) or the Matriculation exams and the Plus II examinations in Odisha have been announced. As per the Odisha government notification, annual Matriculation examination will commence on May 3 and will continue till May 15.

Similarly, the Plus-II exams conducted by the Council of Higher Secondary Education, will commence from May 15th and continue till June 11th.
In another major decision, the Odisha government also notified that schools will reopen for Class 10 and 12 students on January 8.

As per the government decision, 100 days of classroom teaching will be ensured for both Class 10 and Class 12 students before the exams.
